Interiors

At Felix Lewis, we’re not just designers — we’re makers. Our practice is rooted in the tactile, practical act of shaping space. We approach interiors as a hands-on, problem-solving process — combining curiosity, craft, and attention to detail to create spaces that feel thoughtful, lasting, and beautifully resolved.

the brief

At the start of every project, we take the time to get to know our clients — how they hope to use their space, their personal style, and the rhythms of their daily life. Through site visits, floor plans, and photographs, we begin to build a clear picture of the property and its potential. Alongside this, we carefully consider practical details like timescale, budget, and any structural needs, ensuring we have everything in place to shape a project that truly works for them.

CONCEPTS

Once we’ve gathered a detailed brief, we’ll begin bringing ideas to life with our concept designs. These include floor plans and elevations showing proposed layouts, furniture placement, and any structural changes we might recommend. Alongside this, we’ll share mood boards with carefully curated samples of fabrics, finishes, and imagery to capture the look and feel of the space — giving you a clear sense of how your home or project could take shape.

FINAL DETAILS

Once the concept designs are approved, we move into the design development stage where everything starts to come together in detail. We’ll present final drawings for any bespoke furniture, joinery, and interior architectural elements, along with carefully selected finishes, artwork, and accessories for you to review. At this point, we’ll also provide a fully itemised breakdown of costs, so you have a clear and transparent view of the entire project before moving ahead.
