Harvested near our Boughton Monchelsea studio, this small-batch raw honey captures the flavour of Kent’s meadows. Unpasteurised and untouched, it’s light, floral, delicately sweet, and sometimes includes natural honeycomb — a pure taste of the countryside.

Our Hot Honey is made with raw honey from our studio hives, infused with a gentle chilli heat for a perfect balance of sweetness and spice. Pure, local, and delicious over pizza, cheese, roasted vegetables, or ice cream.
