An extensively modernised 1960 chalet house with landscaped gardens.
Our brief was to completely remodel the building for a retired couple. The house has been fully automated with windows, shades, heating, lighting and security all being controlled from a central hub. The house has been extended to the side to create a fourth bedroom and new kitchen with a gym extension facing a Japanese influenced landscaped garden.
