24 co-living spaces are organised over three floors in a single building located on a prominent corner setting within the local street scene. The development offers studios with communal kitchens and living spaces, promising a more sociable lifestyle for a more affordable price than a rented studio apartment. The studios have been planned internally to the smallest detail to ensure that the space is maximised. The building is faced in stock brickwork with each studio having large full height glazed windows maximising southerly views across the common and views to the west to bring evening light into the building. Ancillary areas have been efficiently planned to accommodate all the needs for co-living including postal areas, secure cycle parking, laundry areas, a games room and a communal garden.
